‘Infringements Court’ fines – The great Victorian government rip off.

“Ignorance of the law is no excuse”
-quoted by many a judicial clerk, magistrate and judge.

The allegation

The so called ‘authorities’ in Victoria are in a bit of a pickle, as there has been deception (fraud?) on their behalf.

The Victorian motoring public have been taken for a ride when it comes to paying something called a ‘fine’ from an apparent court called the ‘Infringements Court’.

In the last week of February 2015, at a place of business, commerce and trading commonly known as the  Magistrates’ Court it was confirmed by a clerk of the office, that ‘they’ have a bit of a problem, which they trying to ‘fix’ (as quoted by the clerk), with regards to an ‘infringement’ brought before the court.

The next question that begs to be asked is; what is the meaning of ‘fixed’ ?

- for the benefit of the business (commonly known as the ‘court’)? or
- for the upholding of ‘good governance’ / law? or
- is it as per definition of ‘fix’ in Black’s Law dictionary (first edition 1891) -
FIX . To liquidate or render certain. To fasten a liability upon one. To transform a possible or contingent liability into a present and definite liability.

Anyone who has been driving their vehicle (couriers, taxis, semi trailers, buses, etc), or [as opposed to] anyone who has been travelling in their automobile (engaging in a non commercial activity e.g. parents dropping of children at school, leisurely Sunday cruise through the mountains, to the beach, etc) may be familiar with a so called ‘Infringement Notice’ form a place called the ’Infringements Court’.

Q. Was this issued lawfully?
A. Well, apparently not.

The facts

From the document - Magistrates’ Court Criminal Procedure Rules (2009) Version No. 10 – as at 4 Dec 2014,

Order 10 – INFRINGEMENTS COURT AND FINES (p. 39)
                PART 1 – INFRINGEMENTS COURT

                                94 Infringements Court
The venue of the Court prescribed under section 16(1A)(m) of the Magistrates' Court
Act 1989 at which any particular proceeding or class of proceeding or procedure set out in the Infringements Act 2006 is to be brought is 121 Exhibition Street Melbourne.

The so called Infringements Court is claimed to be at the following addresses:
  • Level 1, 444 Swanston St, Carlton (as legislated)
  • 277 William St. Melbourne,
  • 121 Exhibition St. Melbourne.

What the authorities don’t want you to know

The gazetted address is different from what they allege on their returned mail envelope.

Q: Where are the actual ‘hearings’ held in this so called ‘court’?

A: There are NO premises where these ‘hearings’ are held, and this is your silver bullet!

Briefly, all Australian so called courts must function under certain rules.

They must function in accordance with the

- Australian Court's Act (1828)

- Australian Constitution Act (or more accurately - An Act to constitute the Commonwealth of Australia [9th July 1900]) Chapter 3

- No court in Australia acts consistently with Chapter 3 of the ‘Commonwealth Constitution’, as required by law.

The so called ‘sheriff’ of Victoria is NOT following through with the enforcement of those fines.

The mainstream media cover up

A mainstream media journalist was approached with regards to this break through matter, and asked whether they would publish an article in their publication regarding this monumental fraud. The response given was that they are not allowed to report on matter of such significance.

Keep in mind

The government will NOT issue you a cheque and say ‘sorry’., for their fraudulent behaviour.

You must redeem your unlawfully issued fine, also claiming ‘tort’.

See article:

It is also doubtful that this topic will make the ‘news’ headlines of the mainstream media.

If you have been a victim of this extortion or fraudulent claims against your ‘estate name’, then you must take further action.

Rothschilds & Rockefellers - Trillionaires Of The World

"Money is Power", or shall we say, "The Monopoly to Create Credit Money and charge interest is Absolute Power". (Alex James)

Amsel (Amschel) Bauer Mayer Rothschild, 1838:

"Let me issue and control a Nation's money and I care not who makes its laws".

(illustration:  Amschel Rothschild, 21 Jun 1773 - 6 Dec 1855)

Letter written from London by the Rothschilds to their New  York agents introducing their banking method into America:  "The few who can understand the system will be either so  interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours,  that there will be no opposition from that class, while, on  the other hand, that great body of people, mentally  incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that  Capital derives from the system, will bear its burden  without complaint and, perhaps, without even suspecting  that the system is inimical to their interests."

Nathan Rothschild said to the Commons Secret Committee on  the question early in 1819: "In what line of business are  you? - Mostly in the foreign banking line. "Have the  goodness to state to the Committee in detail, what you  conceive would be the consequence of an obligation imposed  upon the Bank [of England, which he owned] to resume cash  payments at the expiration of a year from the present time?  - I do not think it can be done without very great distress  to this country; it would do a great deal of mischief;  we may not actually know ourselves what mischief it might  cause. "Have the goodness to explain the nature of the  mischief, and in what way it would be produced? - Money  will be so very scarce, every article in this country will  fall to such an enormous extent, that many persons will  be ruined."

The director of the Prussian Treasury wrote on a visit to  London that Nathan Rothschild had as early as 1817: "..,  incredible influence upon all financial affairs here in  London. It is widely stated.., that he entirely regulates  the rate of exchange in the City. His power as a banker is  enormous".

Austrian Prince Mettemich's secretary wrote of the  Rothschilds, as early as 1818, that: "... they are the  richest people in Europe."

Referring to James Rothschild, the poet Heinrich Heine  said: "Money is the god of our times, and Rothschild is his  prophet."

James Rothschild built his fabulous mansion, called  Ferrilres, 19 miles north-east of Paris. Wilhelm I, on  first seeing it, exclaimed: "Kings couldn't afford this. It  could only belong to a Rothschild!"

Author Frederic Morton wrote that the Rothschilds had:  "conquered the World more thoroughly, more cunningly, and  much more lastingly than all the Caesars before..."

As Napoleon pointed out: "Terrorism, War & Bankruptcy are  caused by the privatization of money, issued as a debt and  compounded by interest "- he cancelled debt and interest in  France - hence the Battle of Waterloo.

Some writers have claimed that Nathan Rothschild "warned  that the United States would find itself involved in a most  disastrous war if the bank's charter were not renewed."  (do you see the similarities here? If you don't play the  game an economic disaster will fall on you and you will be  destroyed.)

"There is but one power in Europe and that is Rothschild."  19th century French commentator.

Lord Rothschild (Rockefellers and Rothschilds' relatives)  in his book The Shadow of a Great Man quotes a letter sent  from Davidson on June 24, 1814 to Nathan Rothschild, "As  long as a house is like yours, and as long as you work  together with your brothers, not a house in the world will  be able to compete with you, to cause you harm or to take  advantage of you, for together you can undertake and  perform more than any house in the world." The closeness of  the Rothschild brothers is seen in a letter from Soloman  (Salmon) Rothschild to his brother Nathan on Feb. 28, 1815,  "We are like the mechanism of a watch: each part is  essential." (2) This closeness is further seen in that of  the 18 marriages made by Mayer Amschel Rothschild's  grandchildren - 16 were contracted between first cousins.

"Centralisation of credit in the hands of the state, by  means of a national bank with state capital and an  exclusive monopoly." The Communist Manifesto. In the case  of the Bolshevik revolution, Rothschilds/ Rockefellers'  Chase Bank owned the state. In the US, the FED owners  "own" the state.

Rothschilds' favorite saying who along with the  Rockefellers are the major Illuminati Banking Dynasties:  "Who controls the issuance of money controls the  government!"

Nathan Rothschild said (1777-1836): "I care not what puppet  is placed on the throne of England to rule the Empire. The  man who controls Britain's money supply controls the  British Empire and I control the British money supply."

Rockefeller is reported to have said: "Competition is a  sin". "Own nothing. Control everything". Because he wants  to centralize control of everything and enslave us all,  i.e. the modern Nimrod or Pharaoh.

The Rothschild were behind the colonization and occupations  of India and the Rothschild owned British Petroleum was  granted unlimited rights to all offshore Indian oil, which  is still valid till this day.

"Give me the control of the credit of a nation, and I care  not who makes the laws." The famous boastful statement of  Nathaniel Meyer Rothschild, speaking to a group of  international bankers, 1912: "The few who could understand  the system (cheque, money, credits) will either be so  interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours,  that there will be no opposition from that class, while on  the other hand, the great body of people, mentally  incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that  capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens  without complaint, and perhaps without even suspecting that  the system is inimical to their interests." The boastful  statement by Rothschild Bros. of London.

These people are the top masterminds and conspired for the  creation of illegal FEDERAL RESERVE BANK in 1913: Theodore  Roosevelt, Paul Warburg - Representative Of Rothschild,  Woodrow Wilson - U.S. President Signed FED Into Act, Nelson  W. Aldrich - Representative Of Rockefeller, Benjamin Strong  - Representative Of Rockefeller, Frank A. Vanderlip -  Representative Of Rockefeller, John D. Rockefeller -  Rockefeller Himself, Henry Davison - Representative Of J.  P. Morgan, Charles Norton - Representative Of J. P. Morgan.

In the last century, members of the British Fabian Society  dynastic banking families in the City of London financed  the Communist takeover of Russia. Trotsky in his biography  refers to some of the loans from these British financiers  going back as far as 1907. By 1917 the major subsidies and  funding for the Bolshevik Revolution were co-ordinated and  arranged by Sir George Buchanan and Lord Alfred Milner. [no  doubt using money from Cecil Rhodes' South African gold and  diamond legacy - Ed] The Communist system in Russia was a  "British experiment" designed ultimately to become the  Fabian Socialist model for the British takeover of the  World through the UN and EU. The British plan to takeover  the World and bring in a "New World Order" began with the  teachings of John Ruskin and Cecil Rhodes at Oxford  University. Rhodes in one of his wills in 1877 left his  vast fortune to Lord Nathan Rothschild as trustee to set up  the Rhodes Scholarship Program at Oxford to indoctrinate  promising young graduates for the purpose, and also  establish a secret society [Royal Institute of  International Affairs RIIA, which branched into the Round  Table, the Bilderbergers, the CFR, the Trilateral, etc --  Ed] for leading business and banking leaders around the  World who would work for the City to bring in their  Socialist World government.

Rothschild appointed Lord Alfred Milner to implement the  plan.

Benjamin Freedman (Friedman) said this in 1961, Washington  (he was a millionaire insider in international Zionist  organizations, friend to 4 US presidents, and was also part  of the 117-man strong Zionist delegation at the signing of  the Treaty of Versailles in 1919 where Germany was forced  into bankruptcy to the Zionist BankLords and social chaos):  "Two years into WW1, Germany, which was then winning the  war, offered Britain and France a negotiated peace deal,  but German Zionist groups seeing the opportunity made a  deal with Britain to get the United States into the war  if Britain promised to give the Zionists Palestine."

In other words, they made this deal: "We will get the  United States into this war as your ally. The price you  must pay us is Palestine after you have won the war and  defeated Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey." They made  that promise, in October of 1916. And shortly after that --  I don't know how many here remember it -- the United  States, which was almost totally pro-German because the  newspapers and mass communications media here were  controlled by the Zionist bankers who owned the major  commercial banks and the 12 Federal Reserve Banks (the  original Stockholders of the  Federal Reserve Banks in 1913 were the Rockefeller' s, JP  Morgan, Rothschild's, Lazard Freres, Schoellkopf,  Kuhn-Loeb, Warburgs, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs, all  with roots in Germany's Zionists like the British Royal  family, J.P. Morgan, Carnegie, Bush, Rumsfeld, Clintons,  the Nazis that were brought into the CIA, etc.  http://land.netonecom.net/tlp/ref/federal_reserve.shtml )  and they were pro-German because they wanted to use Germany  to destroy the Czar of Russia and let the Communists  whom they funded take over. The German Zionist bankers --  Rothschilds, Rockefeller, Kuhn Loeb and the other big  banking firms in the United States refused to finance  France or England to the extent of one dollar. They stood  aside and they said: "As long as France and England are  tied up with Russia, not one cent!" They poured money into  Germany, fighting with Germany against Russia, to lick the  Czarist regime. The newspapers had been all pro-German,  where they'd been telling the people of the difficulties  that Germany was having fighting Great Britain commercially  and in other respects, then after making the deal with the  British for Palestine, all of a sudden the Germans were no  good. They were villains. They were Huns. They were  shooting Red Cross nurses. They were cutting off babies'  hands. And they were no good. The Zionists in London sent  cables to the US, to Justice Brandeis: "Go to work on  President Wilson. We're getting from England what we want.  Now you go to work, and you go to work on President Wilson  and get the US into the war." And that did happen. Shortly  after President Woodrow Wilson declared war on Germany.

The power of the Rothschild family was evidenced on 24  Sept 2002 when a helicopter touched down on the lawn of  Waddedson Manor, their ancestral home in Buckinghamshire,  England. Out of the helicopter strode Warren Buffet, -  touted as the second richest man in the World but really  a lower ranking player- and Arnold Schwarzenegger (the  gropinator), at that time a candidate for the Governorship  of California. Also in attendance at this two day meeting  of the World's most powerful businessmen and financiers  hosted by Jacob Rothschild were James Wolfensohn, president  of the World Bank and Nicky Oppenheimer, chairman of De  Beers. Arnold went on to secure the governorship of one of  the biggest economies on the planet a year later. That he  was initiated into the ruling class in the Rothschilds'  English country manor suggests that the centre of  gravity of the three hundred trillion dollar cartel  is in the U.K. and Europe not the U.S.

A recent article in the London Financial Times indicates  why it is impossible to gain an accurate estimate of the  wealth of the trillionaire bankers. Discussing the sale  of Evelyn Rothschild's stake in Rothschild Continuation  Holdings, it states: ...[this] requires agreement on the  valuation of privately held assets whose value has never  been tested in a public market. Most of these assets are  held in a complex network of tax-efficient structures  around the World.

Queen Elizabeth II's shareholdings remain hidden behind  Bank of England Nominee accounts. The Guardian newspaper  reported in May 2002 ... "the reason for the wild  variations in valuations of her private wealth can be  pinned on the secrecy over her portfolio of share  investments. This is because her subjects have no way of  knowing through a public register of interests where she,  as their head of state, chooses to invest her money. Unlike  the members of the Commons and now the Lords, the Queen  does not have to annually declare her interests and as a  result her subjects cannot question her or know about  potential conflicts of interests..." In fact, the Queen  even has an extra mechanism to ensure that her investments  remain secret - a nominee company called the Bank of  England Nominees. It has been available for decades to the  entire World's current heads of state to allow them  anonymity when buying shares. Therefore, when a company  publishes a share register and the Bank of England Nominees  is listed, it is not possible to gauge whether the Queen,  President Bush or even Saddam Hussein is the true  shareholder.

By this method, the trillionaire masters of the universe  remain hidden whilst Forbes magazine poses lower ranking  billionaires like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett as the  richest men in the World. Retired management consultant  Gaylon Ross Sr, author of Who's Who of the Global Elite,  has been tipped from a private source that the combined  wealth of the Rockefeller family in 1998 was approx (US)  $11 trillion and the Rothschilds (U.S.) $100 trillion.  However something of an insider's knowledge of the hidden  wealth of the elite is contained in the article, "Will the  Dollar and America Fall Down on August 19?.." on page 1 of  the 12th July 2001 issue of Russian newspaper Pravda. The  newspaper interviewed Tatyana Koryagina, a senior research  fellow in the Institute of Macroeconomic Researches  subordinated to the Russian Ministry of Economic  Development (Minekonom) on the subject of a recent  conference concerning the fate of the U.S. economy:

Koryagina: The known history of civilization is merely the  visible part of the iceberg. There is a shadow economy,  shadow politics and also a shadow history, known to  conspirologists. There are [unseen] forces acting in the  World, unstoppable for [most powerful] countries and even  continents.

Ashley Mote (EU): "Mr President, I wish to draw your  attention to the Global Security Fund, set up in the early  1990s under the auspices of Jacob Rothschild. This is a  Brussels-based fund and it is no ordinary fund: it does not  trade, it is not listed and it has a totally different  purpose. It is being used for geopolitical engineering  purposes, apparently under the guidance of the intelligence  services." "I have previously asked about the alleged  involvement of the European Union's own intelligence  resources in the management of slush funds in offshore  accounts, and I still await a reply. To that question I now  add another: what are the European Union's connections to  the Global Security Fund and what relationship does it have  with European Union institutions? "Recently, Ashley Mote of  the European Union (EU) asked this volatile question in a  public EU meeting, a question never answered, as Mr. Mote,  merely by asking this question, was immediately scratched  from the White House Christmas card list and placed on its  top ten hit list. The Illuminati's cash cow, grazing freely  on the World wide pasture of greenbacks, isn't called  "Elsie" but instead is called the Global Security Fund, a  name actually meaning in the secret cult's language Global  Terrorist Fund. In simple terms, it's a gigantic illegal  trust fund, estimated by undercover overseas financial  investigators at 65 trillion dollars, set-up for  "Illuminati rainy days" and established when it is  desperately needed in a pinch for bribery, assassinations  and sponsoring World wide terrorist activities to divert  attention from their banking mafia. Although the fund is  cloaked in secrecy and made possible by the Western  civilization' s Federal Reserve banking system,  investigators trying to pry into the Illuminati's secret  treasure trove have uncovered some interesting facts.

Court awards almost $130,000 to man punched by policeman

A BONSAI gardener who was punched in the head by an officer after being arrested has been awarded almost $130,000 from Victoria Police.

Tim Vivoda, 42, launched civil action against Victoria Police after he was punched by Leading Sen-Constable David Kealy as he was being processed to go into Ringwood station's cells in 2008.

Today he was awarded $129,304.50 after a court ruled the “insulting” attack had violated Mr Vivoda’s rights and breached the public’s trust of the police force.

Mr Vivoda had been arrested for being drunk in a public place and claimed he was punched after trying to escape custody to seek medical attention.

During the County Court civil trial, Sen-Constable Kealy, an officer with 17 years' experience, said he punched Mr Vivoda as hard as he could because he feared he had tried to grab his police firearm.

Sen-Constable Kealy said it hadn’t occurred to him that he had already checked the weapon in and instinct had kicked in, in line with Victoria Police training.

Surveillance footage of the incident played in court showed the moment Sen-Constable Kealy stepped back and landed the blow on Mr Vivoda's left cheek, as several other officers looked on.

Delivering his judgment today, County Court judge Chris O’Neill had reservations about the credibility of evidence given by both Sen-Constable Kealy and Mr Vivoda, saying at time it beggared belief.

He rejected claims by Sen-Constable Kealy that he had not discussed the incident with other officers after the event.

“That evidence beggars belief,” he said.

“The incident was dramatic, both in terms of the lunge by Mr Vivoda and even more so, the punch by Mr Kealy.

“To sugest that it was not the subject of any discussion subsequently, particularly with his (police) partner, is incomprehensible.”

Judge O’Neill also rejected claims Sen-Constable Kealy had acted in self defence, believing that Mr Vivoda had lunged at his gun.

“I am satisfied Mr Kealy did not have an honest belief, upon reasonable grounds, that Mr Vivoda was attempting to grab his pistol.

“While Mr Kealy had little time to consider and react, his actions were out of proportion to the threat, and constituted a breach of the trust the public places in the police force.

“The manner in which Mr Vivoda was treated in the custody area of the police station in the aftermath of the punch does, and the force by which the blow was delivered, in my view, constitute conduct of an insulting nature and in contumelious disregard of Mr Vivoda’s rights,” he said.

Mr Vivoda claimed he had been left with thousands of dollars in medical bills, had developed suicidal tendencies, and had been left with permanent injuries.

An application made by lawyers for Mr Vivoda for interest and costs will be heard next month.

Another corrupt cop, but this time he got caught out.

Assault is a criminal offence.

Victoria Police is arguably one of the most corrupt police 'force' in the country.

Torts Cases and Commentary

Here is another subject of law that is causing the 'authorities' grief, something they would rather not teach at law school, or have the masses know about.

It is something called a tort.

It is something that can be used against all businesses, government especially, where you have been done wrong by.

An example of a reference book pertaining to tort law in Australia, with reference to Australian High Court cases is pictured below,

Torts (Cases and Commentary) Second Edition, H Luntz, A D Hambly, R A Hayes.

Comprehend it and use it in your correspondence with the 'authorities' who have caused you harm.

Silent Circle’s BlackPhone 2 gets around Australian metadata laws

A SMARTPHONE capable of sidestepping Australia’s proposed metadata retention laws and hiding what calls and messages its users make has debuted at the world’s largest mobile phone show in Barcelona.

American firm Silent Circle revealed its second highly encrypted handset at Mobile World Congress with the BlackPhone 2 able to place calls, send text messages, and store contacts with complete privacy.

The handset, due to be released later this year alongside a larger BlackPhone+ model, can also override data demands from third-party apps like Facebook and Angry Birds, and protect the privacy of celebrities like those affected by the Apple iCloud nude photo breach last year, according to its makers.

But the phone would also evade Australia’s metadata retention laws by keeping data private from carriers and even from the phone’s maker.

Silent Circle spokesman Federico Polakoff said the BlackPhone had been designed to protect the privacy of large businesses but had evolved to deliver protection to individuals after concerns about privacy breaches, government snooping, and malicious hacking.

“Everybody is a target for hacking, from those involved in the Sony hack to celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence,” he said.

“The reality is that people who use smartphones think that no one is watching but that is not necessarily the case.”

The BlackPhone 2 looks like any other smartphone, with a 5.5-inch touchscreen, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and Google Android operating system.

However, the phone runs Silent Circle software called PrivatOS that encrypts data including voice calls over the internet, text messages, and the phone’s contact book.

It can also keep web browsing private and, using a feature called Security Centre, control the privacy permissions demanded by third-party apps such as Twitter, Facebook and Google Plus.

“You don’t have to let Facebook change your contacts, track your location or modify your calendar — you can just switch that access off but still use the app,” Mr Polakoff said. “Why does Angry Birds need to access my contacts? You can just turn that off.”

Using the encrypted phone could leave a very limited metadata trail for the Australian Government, however, overcoming proposed laws that would force telecommunication providers to store basic information about customers’ telephone and internet histories for two years.

The Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence Security handed down its report on the proposed metadata laws late last week, recommending further safeguards be added to the $400 million plan.
Mr Polakoff said the BlackPhone 2 and BlackPhone+ would be available for purchase from its website later this year, priced around $700.

Aside from the fact that the proposed metadata laws will be put in place unlawfully, there are other methods that can be implemented to avoid corporate privacy breaches.

Statute Law Revision Act (1973) Another unlawful Act

The general populous are taken for a ride when it comes to something called 'law' in Australia.

Solicitors, lawyers, barristers, judicial clerks, etc are certainly not in the business of informing you the corrupt nature of Australia's legal system, as this would be a conflict of interest.

There are plenty of Acts enacted that erode the rights of the Australian people.

One such Act is the Statute Law Revision Act (1973) which allegedly was assented to on the 19th of December 1973.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B21_coIgIYu2c3BhSTVfb3gyUUk/view?usp=sharing

One important question should come to mind, is that was this Act passed lawfully?

Apart from all the checks and balances that go along the way to make an Act lawful, and putting aside the actual validity of law in Australia, an easy was to spot a fake is with the words on the first page.

The words to look out for (as in the Statute Law Revision Act) are:

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen...

whereas in a (more) lawful Act it should read:

Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty...

That's the easiest way to spot a 'fake' Act from a 'real one'.

Here's what really happened to the cars from 'Pimp My Ride'

Xzibit with a custom Cadillac. © AP Photo/MTV Xzibit with a custom Cadillac.

Pimp My Ride premiered on MTV in 2004 with a straightforward premise that was beautiful in its simplicity: Take a kid with a beat up car and have the rapper Xzibit orchestrate a massive and ridiculous upgrade. The theme song explained it all in just a few lines: "So you wanna be a player, but your wheels ain't fine / You gotta hit us up, to get a pimp't out ride."
But although the show operated within such a minimal framework, things were a bit more complicated behind the scenes. From cars that would break down in a matter of weeks to fat-shaming a contestant to one MTV employee apparently trying to convince another car owner to break up with his girlfriend to fit into the narrative, there was a lot more to the creation of this show than Xzibit simply saying, "Yo dawg."
The Huffington Post spoke with three of the kids who got their cars pimped: Jake Glazier from Season 4 and Seth Martino and Justin Dearinger from Season 6. All three had previously done brief AMAs on Reddit about their time on the show. (It should be noted that each appeared on Pimp My Ride near the later half of its run.) And for a perspective from the other side of the camera, co-executive producer Larry Hochberg responded to a few of the claims made my contestants.
Although all of the people spoken to about Pimp My Ride ultimately had mostly positive experiences, the reality of what it took to get pimped ended up being even more strange than expected.
"I was very excited and naïve, so they could have told me unicorns were making me breakfast and I wouldn’t have questioned it," Martino said. Viewers of this aughts-spectacle ended up having the same experience ...
Sometimes additions to the cars were just for the show and would be taken out of the vehicle immediately after filming.

<p>Red is not Justin's favourite colour.</p> © Justin Dearinger/MySpace

Red is not Justin's favourite colour.

In Justin Dearinger's Reddit AMA, he claimed that "they actually take out a lot of the stuff that they showed on TV," such as in his case, a "pop-up" champagne contraption and a "drive-in theatre." Further explaining to HuffPost, Dearinger said that they removed the champagne part because the show didn't want to condone drinking and driving and the theatre was removed for not being street safe.

According to Larry Hochberg, however, the removals were done with a specific purpose in mind.
"Sometimes we did things for safety reasons that the kids on show interpreted as us 'taking away' some items," he said. He gave an example where 24-inch spinner rims on a 1977 Cutlass would look amazing for television, but "out of abundance of caution" they'd end up switching the spinners to "beautiful 20s for daily driving."

That said, it seems as if things were occasionally put into cars with no intention of them ever working in real life. For example, a robotic arm installed into Seth Martino's car was, as he put it, actually solely "controlled by commands that were entered into a laptop by the spiky haired guy off screen." In reality, it "was just a robotic arm with a bunch of wires hanging out of it."

And often additions - such as the famous backseat TV screens - simply wouldn't work.

The backscreens in the car don't work.
© Justin Dearinger/MySpace The backscreens in the car don't work.

Seth Martino's car seemed to be particularly low quality. "There were plenty of things wrong with it," he told HuffPost, including television screens never working again after filming. As Martino recalled, some things that didn't work on the car included the LED lights that were put in the seats.

"They would get really hot if left on so I couldn't drive with them on," Martino said. "They took the gull-wing doors off because the pistons used to lift them kept them from putting seat belts in the back which was highly dangerous." A cotton candy machine they installed was fit into the trunk without leaving enough room for the dome top to keep the cotton candy strands "from flying all over the place."

Apparently, Mad Mike would try and help out when cars would have problems. MTV also had flatbed tow truck driver on call according to Larry Hochberg. "The people who had cars that appeared on the show would call me, and I would leave my desk, run to meet up with the flatbed tow truck and go help them," he said.

Hochberg also said the cars would occasionally have wiring issues, which he would coordinate in getting back to the West Coast Customs or eventually the GAS shop. At least it seems for the serious issues, MTV attempted to reconcile problems. "I made sure that things were fixed on cars that needed fixing," Hochberg said. But speaking of the root of those more serious issues ...

Although the cars were visually pimped, the insides were seemingly given far less attention.

From bomb to totally pimped out.

From the onset here, it should be noted that Larry Hochberg says that "it's not accurate to say that we didn't work on the mechanics of the cars" and that the contestants on the show had a misconception of what had happened with their vehicles. As Hochberg explained to HuffPost, "Some of the cars were so old and rusted that they would have mechanical issues no matter how much work you put into them [and] the production team and the car shops worked their butts off to get parts for these cars."

In one instance, MTV even sent someone all the way to a desert junkyard in Arizona just for a replacement hood on a car. A lot of these cars were almost spent and this wasn't a show about saving cars from breaking down, it was a show about pimping. That said, as mentioned before, the cars did break down.

Jake Glazier, who felt "there were a lot of problems" with the mechanics, sold his car after just about a month. He was then told by the new owner that it had already blown out. Glazier told one example of what he felt was shoddy work: the car needed a muffler, and so a fake exhaust pipe was installed to make it seem as if that's what the car was supposed to sound like, "even though it was just lack of a muffler."

"There wasn't much done under the hood in regards to the actual mechanics of the vehicle," according to Seth Martino. "For the most part, it needed a lot of work done to make it a functioning regular driver, which they did not do." Martino said he had a hard time even driving the car home. "They added a lot of extra weight but didn't adjust the suspension to compensate so I felt like I was in a boat, and every time I hit a bump the car would bottom out and the tires would scrape inside the wheel well." According to Martino, that the car would only run for about a month. Then he had to save up his own money to replace the engine.

This happened many years after the show -- and after extensive outside work -- but one car exploded into flames.

Five years after the show, with extensive and expensive outside work done by Dearinger himself, his pimped car burst into flames. Dearinger was driving home with his girlfriend when smoke started flooding the car. Then the two jumped out on the side of the road and within just moments the car was destroyed.

Although probably expected, those reveal shots of excitement were staged.

At the beginning of segments, Xzibit would be shown ringing the doorbell to a contestant's house to surprise them. These houses were often times not the contestants' homes; instead, each dwelling had been rented by MTV. Contestants were told to wait in the house and that at the door would either be someone holding something like a $100 Pep Boys gift certificate or it would be "ya boy Xzibit." So the surprise of Xzibit at the door was real, but in maybe a weirder way than you expected.

Less real was the famous freak-outs of contestants jumping up and down when their pimped out car was revealed. All contestants spoken to ended up having to do multiple takes of their reaction with Justin Dearinger explaining, "I guess I didn't show enough enthusiasm.' The director specifically told him to "be more energetic and jump around and scream."

Jake Glazier had a bit of a different experience, remembering they had to coax him to go "ape shit" as his natural reaction to being genuinely excited is a more silent shock. His first real reaction to the car was just a quiet amazement where he said, "This is good" and they immediately yelled "re-do!" And then things got a bit weirder.

"I remember this very clearly, Big Dane, very big dude, he like puts his arm around my shoulder, kind of walks me around the shop for like 10 minutes and he's like, 'Listen, we put a lot of work into this ... we expect you to be a little more f**king enthusiastic,'" Glazier recalled. From there, Glazier went full over the top and his reaction (pictured above) even became a bit of a meme.

The show made it seem as if the cars were in the garage for a few days, but it was actually about half a year -- causing daily problems.

From watching the show, you might have thought that the vehicles were in the shop for about a weekend or even a week or two and then were given back to their owners. Not the case at all. At least for the contestants spoken to by HuffPost, the cars would actually be in the garage for about six to seven months, which obviously caused some problems.

Seth Martino had a particularly frustrating time where he had to go through a "really small, shady company off the freeway by LAX because they were the only ones willing to rent to me because of my age."

According to Martino, at first MTV only paid for a couple months and then he had to pay out of pocket. He held on to the receipts and then about two years after the show aired MTV reached out and finally reimbursed him. "It sucked having that rental car because they wouldn't take payments over the phone so once a month I had to drive all the way from West Covina to LAX just for them to swipe my card," Martino explained.

At least in these instances, the backstories and interests of the contestants were kind of made up.

For Jake Glazier, MTV "pretty much just went with what I told them," but with exaggerations. Glazier had said that his grandmother smoked in the car. For the show, MTV threw an "extra few dozen cigarette butts in the car to maker her just look like a total disgusting person."

MTV apparently didn't really listen to Justin Dearinger when they asked about his favourite colours. He said he "hated red" and then the interior of his car ended up being almost entirely that colour.

The damage of the cars in the pre-pimped stage was also exaggerated by the show.

Dearinger remembered that they added aircraft remover to help with the paint removal and made the bumper "look like it was falling off."

But besides small exaggerations of likes and dislikes, MTV seems to have kind of messed with the contestants lives for the sake of the show...

MTV dumped bags of candy in one contestant's pre-pimped car and told him to act as if he always had it there in case he got hungry. He felt as if they were going out of their way to make fun of his size

In Seth Martino's Reddit AMA, the contestant said, "I know im fat, but they went the extra mile to make me look extra fat by telling the world that I kept candy all over my seat and floor just in case I got hungry. Then gave me a cotton candy machine in my trunk." Further explaining the situation, Martino said, "I sat there and watched them dump out two bags of generic candy."

HuffPost asked Martino about the instance and he stressed again, "I did not have any candy all over my car. That was completely fabricated for the story."

Why didn't he speak up and say something about how MTV was treating him? "At the time, I didn't question anything because it was an exciting experience and I just kind of went with the flow," Martino said. He further felt as if this was all just a reason to install a cotton candy machine. "I know it is kind of mean, but I think they just wanted to put a cotton candy machine in a car and used the fat guy as the opportunity to do it."
A suggestion to another contestant: dump his girlfriend for the half hour show because the premise was becoming a "playa" through the pimped ride.

Jake Glazier remembered who he thought was one of the producers mentioning that breaking up with his girlfriend would be good for the show. As he explained to HuffPost, the apparent producer said something about how it would play better into the storyline of him having a "shitty car" and needing the pimping to no longer be lonely.

The MTV employee apparently suggested to "basically either get rid of her or have her not be a part of the program."

For what it's worth, Larry Hochberg said that he was not aware of either this instance of the fat-shaming story. "Why would we want a kid to break up with his girlfriend?" he asked. "How would that have helped the show?"

Despite everything though -- all of the contestants still enjoyed their time on the show and their pimped out cars, even if they caused much more attention from the cops.

Dearinger's car attracted a lot of attention from police.

"I felt like a celebrity when people recognised me/the car," said Seth Martino who enjoyed driving the car once he "put the $1700 of work" into fixing the engine. He particularly like the sound system.

Jake Glazier only had the car for about a month as he sold it fairly quickly for about $18,000. He had originally bought the car for $500. But Glazier also regretted selling the car as the buyer - MTX, the audio company whose product was in the car - really just wanted their sound system back so it didn't fall into the hands of their competitors. He had a really good time taking his little brothers and sisters to school in the car because them and their friends were so excited.

After the show, Justin Dearinger actually joined a car club and put about $20,000 more of his own money into the car (possibly causing the aforementioned fiery end). The car would attract a lot of attention from cops however, with Dearinger saying he was "getting pulled over on a daily basis." Every time, Dearinger would have to explain the show Pimp My Ride to the cops and most of the time they "were really cool about it."

They would all happily go on the show again and had "no real complaints."

"Honestly, I missed it for many years," Glazier said of the show, while adding he had no real complaints.Dearinger, too, enjoyed himself and said he'd be happy to do it all again. "Before then I was just a kid, I was shy, I was really shy," he said. "And then it's sad to say, but being on the show gave me some confidence. And it made me the person I am today. I'm the most outgoing person you ever met." Dearinger said the pimping truly brought more attention to him from girls saying "a lot of girls noticed me more."

Of the three, it was Martino who had more mixed feelings about the experience. "The whole situation was definitely not what I hoped for, and there were times I wanted to give it all back because of how frustrating it was, but now I look back and laugh." Martino said. "I have this really cool story that only a handful of people can really say they experienced. That makes it all worth it."

As for Hochberg, he "loved working on the show." Hochberg further explained his memories saying, "There were so many great kids on the show, and it was fun to give the cars to all of them." Hochberg said one of his favourites was pimping an Ice Cream Truck, a creation that ended up being parodied by "The Simpsons."

"Xzibit is the greatest," said Hochberg who interacted more closely with the rapper than the contestants. "He's a talented rapper, and he is a natural host. He's cool, funny and always thinking on his feet. I really enjoyed working with him."

Although he wasn't quite sure as wasn't involved in the initial discussions, Hochberg believed Xzibit may have gotten the job because he already was a frequent customer at West Coast Customs.

The contestants didn't get to talk with Xzibit too much at all, but each felt he was chill, easy-going and fun to be around. Martino said Xzibit would say things like "time to smoke" and that he "never got the feeling he was talking about cigarettes" although he couldn't confirm otherwise.

"He did smell of [weed]. A lot of it," Dearinger said. "Someone did at least, I don't know who did, but I'm pretty sure it was ... you know."

But Jake Glazier had hands down the best interaction with Xzibit ...
"I don't remember why he brought it up, but we were just kind of talking about what we were doing that weekend and he said he's going to go down to hell to kill the devil so he can make some Satan skin boots."
Now that sounds like an amazing idea for a spinoff.

Quite simply put, another fraudulent TV show scamming the viewers.

Australian 'reality' shows are also a total scam, where the so called 'dramas' are scripted by the producers.
